📋 Description
- • Senior Software Engineer on the MetaMask Networks team, responsible for building and enhancing blockchain connectivity that makes web3 accessible, reliable, and trustworthy across EVM and non-EVM chains.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and enhancing MetaMask’s network support for EVM and non-EVM chains, implementing user-centric solutions across Extension, Mobile, and Web clients, contributing to backend APIs and middleware, creating secure and intuitive Web3 interactions, collaborating with product and design teams, and participating in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- • Consensys is a leading blockchain and web3 software company founded by Joe Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, pioneering innovation in the web3 ecosystem through products like MetaMask, Infura, Linea, and more, with a mission to make the decentralized web universally easy to access, use, and build on.
- • In this role, you will shape how MetaMask scales across emerging blockchain ecosystems, work on critical infrastructure used by over 30 million monthly active users, collaborate with a global remote team of builders, and grow your expertise in web3 technologies while contributing to a product that empowers users worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years working with mobile-based technologies
- • 3+ years building websites and/or applications
- • Experience with React and React Native
- • Strong knowledge of modern Javascript (ES6/TypeScript/etc.)
- • Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals and Web3 integration
- • Experience working with APIs and middleware services
