- • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web and mobile applications using Node.js, React, Next.js, and React Native for clients in finance, cybersecurity, and healthcare sectors.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams including Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- • Take full ownership of assigned application components, ensuring delivery of production-level quality, security, and performance standards.
- • Engage in high-level technical discussions to shape architecture decisions and prioritize features based on user needs and business value.
- • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in TypeScript and JavaScript, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- • Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and mentoring junior engineers to foster team growth and code quality.
- • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of features.
- • Leverage AI tools such as Figma MCP Server, Playwright MCP Server, Cursor, HuggingFace API, OpenAI API, Langchain, and vector databases for RAG to enhance development workflows and productivity.
- • Experiment with and contribute to internal AI initiatives through the company’s AI Guild, sharing insights and exploring cutting-edge AI applications in product development.
- • Ensure applications meet rigorous security and scalability requirements, particularly when building for enterprise clients like Nasdaq Private Market and Blackpoint Cyber.
- • Work remotely across Europe with optional hybrid arrangements available for candidates based in the Czech Republic.
- • Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new technologies and AI-driven improvements across the tech stack, including GraphQL, tRPC, Material UI, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
- • Maintain a strong focus on problem-solving, proactivity, and ownership, contributing to the end-to-end lifecycle of 65+ successful products delivered for startups and global enterprises.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience building web solutions using Node.js and React
- • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with a strong focus on code quality
- • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional product teams
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, driven work ethic
- • Proficiency in English
- • Experience with Python is beneficial but not essential
