📋 Description

• • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Productivity team at Airwallex, you will design, build, and optimize developer tooling and infrastructure that enables the engineering organization to move faster, ship with higher quality, and operate more efficiently.
• • Day to day, you will enhance developer productivity with AI, optimize CI/CD pipelines, build and maintain internal developer platforms, drive infrastructure reliability, collaborate cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, and uphold engineering quality standards through clean code, reviews, and mentorship.
• • You will join Airwallex's Engineering Productivity team within the Infrastructure & Productivity division, a globally distributed group of engineers, SREs, and DevOps architects focused on delivering frictionless engineering experiences and accelerating product delivery across hundreds of engineers worldwide.
• • In this role, you will grow your technical leadership by shaping scalable systems, influencing engineering velocity and code quality, mentoring peers, and driving innovation in AI-driven automation and cloud-native infrastructure at a fintech scale.
