• • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Staking Orchestration team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the core platform services that power our high-quality staking products for both retail and institutional customers.
• • This is a critical role, as staking represents one of Coinbase's largest and most stable revenue streams, contributing over $700 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and is the second-largest revenue stream not dependent on market fluctuations.
• • Your work will directly impact the ability of users to earn 'dividends' on their crypto assets, while simultaneously enhancing the security and decentralization of underlying blockchain networks.
• • You will be responsible for understanding the intricate details of multiple top staking protocols, translating complex operational logic and state machines into simple, robust, and straightforward APIs for internal product teams.
• • This involves deep technical engagement with blockchain technologies, distributed systems, and high-throughput services.
• • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams, to define, design, and ship new features and improvements.
• • Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
