- • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our successful educator-focused marketplace by developing and implementing new features.
- • You will be instrumental in tackling a wide spectrum of technical challenges, ranging from sophisticated search and personalization algorithms to the intricate orchestration of multiple services.
- • A significant part of your work will involve building and maintaining a resilient API that powers our platform and ensures seamless experiences for educators and learners.
- • This full-time position is based in our Raleigh, NC area office, offering a hybrid work model with a standard Monday-Friday in-office schedule and the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
- • Collaborate closely with a team of talented and passionate engineers, contributing to both the creation of entirely new projects from the ground up and the enhancement of our existing codebase.
- • You will be responsible for building the critical back-end infrastructure, implementing robust application logic, and developing user-facing interfaces for our diverse range of products.
- • Take ownership of the development process for your assigned projects, encompassing the full software development lifecycle: meticulous design, efficient coding, comprehensive documentation, rigorous testing, effective debugging, and performance tuning.
- • Contribute to project planning by providing accurate time and effort estimates, evaluating the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, and assessing the suitability of new platforms and technologies for successful project implementation.
- • Foster a collaborative environment by communicating clearly and effectively across multiple development teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding to deliver exceptional products.
