• As a Senior Software Engineer at Sully.ai, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing the complex cross-agent systems that form the backbone of our core product experiences. This involves building and scaling robust full-stack product components, leveraging a modern technology stack that includes TypeScript and React for the frontend, and Python for our backend services. A significant aspect of your role will be the seamless integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into our production workflows. This integration demands a rigorous approach, ensuring strong API contracts, comprehensive observability, and extensive test coverage to guarantee reliability and performance.
• You will also be instrumental in developing reusable shared UI components and type-safe Software Development Kits (SDKs). These tools are crucial for unifying the user experience across our various AI agents, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive interaction for clinicians. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will be expected to lead engineering direction on key initiatives. This leadership involves close collaboration with our founders and a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and clinical experts, to translate strategic goals into technical realities.
• Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring the scalability and reliability of our platform as we continue to grow. This includes designing for high availability, implementing effective monitoring and alerting systems, and actively participating in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity. You will be a key contributor to our engineering culture, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and continuous improvement are paramount. 🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level full-stack experience with a strong command of React, TypeScript, and Python.
