We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for our clients in Norway.
- • As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in understanding complex client business challenges and translating them into robust, scalable, and effective M-Files solutions. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire solution lifecycle, from initial discovery and design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- • You will engage directly with clients, including C-level executives, IT managers, and business stakeholders, to elicit requirements, identify pain points, and articulate the value proposition of the M-Files platform. This involves deep dives into their existing processes, systems, and strategic objectives to ensure our solutions are perfectly aligned with their needs.
- • A core aspect of your role will be designing comprehensive M-Files solutions that leverage the full capabilities of our AI-native platform. This includes architecting integrations with other enterprise systems, defining custom workflows, configuring metadata structures, and ensuring seamless data migration strategies.
- • You will be responsible for creating detailed solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans. This documentation will serve as the blueprint for our implementation teams and provide clarity to clients on the proposed solution.
- • Collaborate closely with our sales teams during the pre-sales cycle to provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in developing compelling proposals that highlight the unique benefits of M-Files.
- • Work hand-in-hand with our professional services and customer success teams to ensure successful project delivery and client adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and support throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in document management, AI, enterprise content management (ECM), and related technologies. Continuously evaluate how new features and industry trends can be incorporated into M-Files solutions to deliver enhanced value to our clients.
- • Contribute to the development of best practices, reusable solution components, and knowledge sharing within the M-Files technical community. Mentor junior architects and consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- • You will be a key advocate for the M-Files platform, demonstrating its power to solve complex business problems across various industries. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences will be crucial.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- • You will be expected to understand and address client concerns related to security, compliance, scalability, and performance, ensuring that all M-Files solutions meet the highest standards.
- • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new features or enhancements to the M-Files platform based on client feedback and market demands.
- • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to clients and internal teams on M-Files solutions and best practices.
- • Ensure that solutions are designed with a focus on user experience and adoption, minimizing disruption and maximizing the benefits for end-users.
- • Act as a technical point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our solution architecture methodologies and tools.
- • Understand the competitive landscape and be able to articulate M-Files' competitive advantages effectively.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise software solutions, preferably in document management, ECM, or related fields.
- • Deep understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies.
- • Experience with M-Files or similar document management/content management systems is highly desirable.
- • Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, web services), databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
- • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business terms.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
