📋 Description

• Collaborate with retail and supply chain prospects and customers to understand business challenges and identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven automation and agentic applications.
• Facilitate scoping workshops including process and systems mapping, value calculations, case studies, and technical overviews of UiPath’s end-to-end platform and vertical applications.
• Deliver narrative-driven and technical demonstrations of UiPath’s automation solutions tailored to retail and supply chain operations.
• Partner with CIOs, CDOs, and other technical stakeholders to shape enterprise architecture considerations within solution proposals.
• Create detailed technical scoping documents outlining scope of work, delivery timelines, configurations, and implementation plans for automation initiatives.
• Research and stay current on emerging agentic AI technologies, recommending practical applications for customer use cases and positioning as a thought leader in the AI space.
• Serve as a critical ‘voice of the customer’ by providing feedback to product and go-to-market teams to inform continuous evolution of UiPath’s retail and supply chain solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align technical solutions with commercial objectives and accelerate deal progression.
• Support the sales team in securing technical wins by translating complex automation capabilities into clear business value for executive and operational audiences.
• Engage with customers across mid-market and enterprise segments in retail, manufacturing, and supply chain verticals to drive transformative change through automation.
• Communicate commercial and technical information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical business leaders and technical decision-makers.
• Guide customers through complex transformation and change management programs associated with adopting AI and automation at scale.
• Maintain deep knowledge of retail and supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, warehouse automation, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment workflows.
• Represent UiPath at industry events, customer meetings, and internal forums to promote thought leadership and market adoption of agentic AI in retail and supply chain.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of AI Solution Engineering experience in mid-market and enterprise businesses
• Experience within retail, manufacturing, or supply chain industries
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops and product demonstrations
• Experience working cross-functionally to take products to market and shape sales strategy
• Working within retail and supply chain environments
• Ability to work in a fast and growing AI business
