- • As a Senior Solutions Architect at Sanity, Inc., you will be instrumental in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise customers across Europe. This pivotal role involves forging strong technical relationships, deeply understanding customer strategic objectives, and translating those into effective Sanity implementation strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding technical leaders, product managers, and development teams through the complexities of content operations and digital transformation.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the technical success of your assigned customer accounts. This entails leading comprehensive onboarding workshops, meticulously tailored to the unique needs, technical backgrounds, and business objectives of each client. These sessions are crucial for setting customers up for long-term success with the Sanity platform.
- • You will proactively cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key technical and product stakeholders within customer organizations. Regular engagement will be a cornerstone of your role, involving scheduled meetings to demonstrate how new Sanity features can address specific customer challenges and opportunities. Your expertise will be vital in helping them plan, design, and execute their Sanity implementations effectively.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be collaborating closely with Account Managers to identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts. This requires a keen understanding of customer growth trajectories and how Sanity can continue to provide value as their needs evolve.
- • You will also play a critical role in the new account sales cycle. This involves conducting technical workshops to educate prospective clients on Sanity's capabilities and developing compelling proof-of-concept solutions that showcase the platform's potential for their specific use cases.
- • To accelerate customer adoption and empower them to leverage Sanity to its fullest, you will create and share practical examples, best practices, and insightful documentation. This includes developing and maintaining guides, learning modules, and reusable code examples that address common integration patterns and implementation challenges.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the Sanity ecosystem by developing and maintaining plugins for common integrations and implementation patterns, thereby enhancing the platform's extensibility and ease of use for a broader audience.
- • Acting as a vital conduit between our customers and our internal teams, you will represent clients' requests, feedback, and requirements to the Product team. This feedback loop is essential for informing our product roadmap and ensuring Sanity continues to meet the evolving needs of the market.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Support Engineering team to troubleshoot complex customer challenges and devise solutions for specific, often intricate, technical scenarios. Your ability to unblock customers and resolve critical issues will be paramount to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- • In addition to your core customer-facing responsibilities, you will support our Marketing and Product Research teams. This may involve connecting them with relevant customers for case studies, feedback sessions, and planning collaborative events, webinars, and research initiatives.
