- • As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Wrike, you will be instrumental in driving the technical sales process, acting as a crucial partner to the sales team to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Your role is pivotal in ensuring potential clients clearly understand how Wrike's powerful work management platform can address their specific business challenges and deliver tangible value. You will be the technical expert, guiding prospects through the evaluation process with precision and clarity, ultimately contributing to Wrike's growth and market leadership.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical pre-sales activities. You will conduct in-depth technical discovery and qualification meetings, meticulously gathering information to understand customer needs and pain points. Based on this understanding, you will design and deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that highlight Wrike's capabilities and map them directly to the client's business objectives. You will also manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), ensuring successful trials that showcase Wrike's effectiveness. A significant part of your role involves collaborating closely with Account Executives, providing them with the technical expertise needed to close deals and expand Wrike's footprint within target accounts and territories. This includes building and nurturing strong technical relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, establishing yourself as a trusted technical advisor.
- • You will also contribute to the team's collective success by mentoring new Solutions Consultants, sharing your knowledge, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes and best practices.
