Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Deel, you will partner directly with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success by showcasing the technical value of Deel’s all-in-one global payroll and HR platform, playing an essential role in the sales process from discovery to implementation hand-off.
• • Day to day, you will consult with prospective customers to assess their current processes and tooling, identify gaps and opportunities, lead solution discovery, deliver platform demonstrations, respond to RFPs, conduct integration and architecture workshops, and translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant solution designs while aligning stakeholders on scope and success criteria.
• • You will join a globally distributed team of over 7,000 people across more than 100 countries, speaking 74 languages, at a company recognized as the fastest-growing SaaS in history with a $17.3 billion valuation and $1B in ARR, committed to building the infrastructure for the future of work.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global compliance, HRIS/ERP integrations, and enterprise SaaS sales cycles, while building technical enablement assets, influencing product direction through customer feedback, and accelerating your career as a trusted technical advisor in the future of work transformation.
