- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Voxel Technologies Inc., you will own the technical relationship across the full customer lifecycle — from pre-sales validation through deployment and ongoing optimization — serving as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise IT, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Voxel’s edge AI platform within complex network environments.
- • You will lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise IT and security teams during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, validate network readiness, design scalable and secure deployment architectures across distributed sites, partner with Sales to remove technical blockers, own technical implementation strategy post-signature, serve as a senior escalation point for network and infrastructure challenges, translate complex technical requirements into executive-ready summaries, develop standardized implementation playbooks, and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to improve deployment efficiency.
- • Voxel is building the future of Computer Vision and Machine Learning for operations, risk, and safety, using AI to enable existing security cameras to automatically detect hazards and high-risk activities, addressing over $500 billion annually in costs related to workers’ compensation, general liability, and property damage for US employers.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise networking and cybersecurity, influence executive stakeholders, shape scalable deployment strategies for AI-driven solutions, and contribute directly to product improvement through field feedback, positioning yourself as a technical leader in a high-growth, mission-driven AI safety company.
