- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales), you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and success of the Mimica platform within our client organizations. Your primary focus will be on the technical and strategic aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring prospective clients clearly understand the value and ROI they can achieve. This role demands a unique blend of technical acumen, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of business processes and automation technologies.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass leading compelling demonstrations of the Mimica platform, showcasing its capabilities and tailoring them to the specific needs and pain points of potential clients. You will be responsible for supporting technical evaluations, meticulously ensuring that clients can see a clear path to value realization and a positive ROI. This involves understanding their current state, identifying opportunities for improvement with Mimica, and articulating the quantifiable benefits.
- • A critical part of your role will be building and executing Proof of Concept (POC) plans. This includes defining clear success criteria, managing project scopes, setting realistic expectations, and adhering to timelines. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact during these engagements, adeptly handling questions, resolving issues, and managing any escalations that may arise. Your ability to navigate complex technical landscapes and communicate solutions effectively will be paramount.
- • Furthermore, you will act as the crucial 'Voice of the Customer' within Mimica. By gathering insights from your interactions with clients, you will provide invaluable feedback to our engineering and product teams. This input will directly influence product improvements and the development of new features, ensuring Mimica remains at the cutting edge of process intelligence and automation.
- • You will also contribute significantly to our product documentation. This involves creating clear, concise explanations, practical examples, and easy-to-follow how-to guides that empower users and technical teams alike. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content will be highly valued.
- • In collaboration with the Marketing team, you will play a role in developing educational content. This could include authoring blog posts, creating tutorials, and preparing presentations that highlight Mimica's capabilities and thought leadership in the automation space.
- • Supporting our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) is another key aspect of this role. You will assist them in identifying compelling use cases for Mimica and in tailoring their messaging to resonate with the specific value drivers of different industries, verticals, and business functions. Your expertise will help BDRs articulate Mimica's value proposition more effectively.
- • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within client organizations is essential. Your goal will be to transform these professional connections into long-term advocates and champions for Mimica.
- • Finally, you will act as a trusted advisor for our customers. By deepening these relationships, you will play a vital role in driving account growth, which includes securing renewals and identifying opportunities for upsells, thereby expanding Mimica's footprint within existing accounts.
