📋 Description

• Senior Solutions & Professional Services Consultant at Wrike, Inc. in Tokyo, serving as a trusted advisor for high-value clients by bridging complex business challenges with transformative digital solutions using the Wrike platform.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include articulating the value of Wrike’s core workflows (Campaign Management, PPM, Creative Production), partnering with Sales for technical discovery and tailored demos, leading end-to-end implementation from design to adoption monitoring, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap, and mentoring junior team members on consulting best practices and technical delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering and 5+ years in project management or SaaS-based consulting
• Deep understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Client Service Delivery, and Product Lifecycle Management
• Experience working with APIs to create integrated ecosystem solutions and automated workflow environments
• Formal certification in project management (Agile, PMI, Prince2, or Lean) and a firm grasp of Change Management principles
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and influence executive-level stakeholders
