- • Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE 3) role focused on leading the end-to-end launch of new blockchain networks from testnet to mainnet, ensuring stability, observability, and production readiness.
- • Design and implement deployment architectures for validators, full nodes, RPCs, and supporting services across cloud and bare-metal environments using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- • Collaborate with protocol, infrastructure, and security teams to understand network-specific requirements, improve automation, and enforce security best practices including secrets management and access control.
- • Ensure full observability via metrics, logs, and traces; define actionable alerts; participate in on-call rotations; and lead post-incident reviews to drive systemic improvements.
- • Build repeatable launch patterns and runbooks to reduce time-to-market; contribute to internal platform standards; and mentor junior engineers while owning deliverables from design to production.
- • Work in a fully remote, distributed team passionate about decentralized finance, supporting institutional staking infrastructure with over $10B TVL and clients like BitGo, Copper, and Crypto.com.
- • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, and Berachain, while improving yield products and restaking services.
- • Develop expertise in blockchain infrastructure, high-availability systems, and secure validator operations within a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering with proven experience operating production systems at scale.
- • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (deployment, troubleshooting, operations), Terraform (infrastructure as code), and Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
- • Experience with at least one cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure, OCI) and observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar.
- • Solid scripting or programming skills in Go, Python, or equivalent; familiarity with CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD).
- • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities under pressure, plus good communication skills and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
