📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic talent consultant to the C-suite and senior leadership, aligning executive and specialty hiring with long-term business objectives and organizational design.
• Lead end-to-end executive searches across all global functions, from initial research and sourcing to complex offer negotiations and closing, owning full pipelines in partnership with the Executive Sourcer.
• Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies that prioritize a global network of high-caliber executive talent, leveraging market intelligence to identify passive and active candidates.
• Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to design and negotiate sophisticated executive compensation packages, including equity structures, performance incentives, and buy-out scenarios.
• Provide real-time market mapping, competitive intelligence, and pipeline health analytics to inform leadership decision-making and hiring strategy.
• Standardize and optimize the executive hiring journey to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience across all stages of recruitment.
• Utilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance talent discovery, streamline stakeholder reporting, and evolve executive recruiting practices.
• Maintain high-touch engagement with elite talent through a communication style that builds immediate trust and sustains long-term candidate pipelines.
• Operate effectively within a distributed global model, demonstrating deep understanding of international hiring nuances, labor laws, and cultural expectations.
• Apply a data-driven rigor to track funnel metrics, measure search effectiveness, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
• Demonstrate resilience and creative problem-solving in navigating the unique ambiguities and complexities of the executive talent market.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of placing VP, C-suite, and other specialized top-tier talent in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven success operating within a distributed global model and understanding of international hiring nuances.
• Expertise in negotiating complex executive compensation packages, including equity structures and buy-out scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to use market intelligence and funnel analytics to optimize recruitment outcomes and influence leadership decisions.
• Passion for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to innovate executive recruiting practices.
• High-touch communication style that builds immediate trust with elite candidates and sustains long-term pipelines.
