- • Serious craft with excellent interaction and visual design skills, able to design without a system or create one from scratch
- • Technical depth in prototyping for real-world use, building for scale, performance details, and fluency with AI-assisted design
- • Ability to turn vague goals into concrete, high-quality product direction with minimal hand-holding
- • Strong communicator with clear storytelling and ability to align teams without unnecessary theatrics
