- • Senior/Staff Product Designer role at Siftstack Inc., a data-visualization and infrastructure platform enabling engineers to build advanced hardware systems by making sense of complex telemetry data.

- • Work in a hybrid model (two days/week in office) in either San Francisco or Los Angeles, with eligibility restricted to U.S. persons due to ITAR/EAR compliance.
- • Join a mission-driven team where designers are encouraged to observe users in extreme environments like spacecraft cleanrooms to gain authentic insights.
- • Shape the future of engineering workflows by designing intuitive, high-craft interfaces for data-rich applications used in aerospace, robotics, transportation, and defense.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX) with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design for complex, data-rich applications.
- • Proven storytelling ability to align teams around vision and communicate problems and solutions effectively.
- • Demonstrated experience or genuine curiosity with AI-assisted design workflows, including tools like Claude Code and Figma MCP.
- • Ability to operate across the full design spectrum: from high-level UX flows and interaction logic to pixel-level UI craft.
- • Strong cross-functional communication skills, including presenting work, receiving feedback, and partnering closely with engineers and product managers.
- • Bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — comfortable shaping problems as much as solving them.
