- • Senior Staff Product Designer at Remote Referral Board Inc., a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. This role is a craft-first, systems-minded individual contributor position focused on shaping product development through high-fidelity prototyping, scalable design systems, practical AI integration, and cross-functional influence.
- • Day to day, you will lead by creating high-fidelity prototypes and functional flows, build reusable design systems that ensure product coherence across domains, apply AI to accelerate exploration and documentation without compromising quality, partner with executives and VPs on strategic direction, mentor designers at a mastery level to elevate design rituals and critique practices, and drive company-wide initiatives that push product forward.
- • Remote is a globally distributed team operating across 6 continents with a strong async work culture, core values centered on innovation, and a mission to build the best-in-class HR platform. The Design team values craft, systems thinking, and technical depth, and you’ll report directly to the VP of Design as an individual contributor.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-assisted design, scale your impact through mentorship and systems thinking, shape organizational design standards, and grow as a leader in product design without moving into management — advancing your craft, vision, and influence at a global scale.

- • Leader scope and judgment: strong across user centricity, craft, vision, communication, and leadership as an individual contributor
- • Serious craft: portfolio demonstrating excellent interaction and visual design, ability to design without a system or create one from scratch
- • Technical depth: fluency in prototyping for real-world use, building for scale, attention to performance and details, and experience with AI-assisted design
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguity: skilled at turning vague goals into concrete, high-quality product direction with minimal guidance
- • Strong communicator: clear storytelling and ability to align teams without unnecessary theatrics
