📋 Description

• As a Senior/Staff Product Designer at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of offensive cybersecurity by designing intuitive, AI-powered experiences for the world’s first autonomous pentester. Your work will directly contribute to scaling security capabilities in response to increasingly sophisticated AI-driven cyber threats, making digital systems safer for organizations globally.
• You will lead end-to-end product design initiatives focused on new product ideas and growth, collaborating closely with AI, engineering, and user experience research (UXR) teams to transform complex security workflows into accessible, impactful user experiences that drive stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development of experiences for introducing new AI capabilities in offensive cybersecurity, crafting user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, and influencing cross-functional partners to ship innovative features that align with both user needs and business objectives.
• You will partner with UXR and engineering to validate design decisions through research and iterative prototyping, ensuring that solutions are not only usable but also technically feasible and aligned with the product’s strategic vision in a fast-moving AI security landscape.
• You will contribute to and advocate for the evolution of design systems and frameworks, promoting consistency, scalability, and excellence across the product while mentoring peers and raising the bar for design quality within the organization.
• You will present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, articulating the value of design excellence and advocating for user-centered approaches that support X-Bow’s mission to defeat bad actors before they strike using AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership and direct contributions
• Proven experience designing across multiple platforms and collaborating with technical teams to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
