• • As a Senior Staff Product Designer at Deel, you will lead the design vision for the company’s AI vertical, shaping how intelligence appears across its global payroll and HR platform. This role is pivotal in defining user experiences for AI-powered tools like Deel AI, Akai, conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows that impact millions of users worldwide.
• • You will own end-to-end design strategy for AI products, establish design standards, lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor junior designers, and drive outcomes by turning complex, ambiguous problems into cohesive, user-centered solutions across payroll, HR, and compliance domains.
• • You will join a rapidly growing, globally distributed team of over 7,000 people across 100+ countries, working at a company valued at $17.3 billion with over $1B in ARR, recognized as a leader in global work innovation and HR technology.
