• • As a Senior Staff Product Designer on the Payments team at Stripe, you will lead design for the Payments Dashboard, shaping the end-to-end experience for business operators and decision makers who rely on Stripe to accept payments and grow revenue. Your work will directly impact how merchants configure and manage payment processing at scale, with a focus on creating intuitive, no-code solutions and AI-driven workflows that simplify complex financial operations.
• • Day to day, you will articulate product vision for horizontal problems, collaborate across design, product, and engineering to shape strategy and roadmaps, manage high-level stakeholders, act as a multiplier for other designers by leading workstreams and running team rituals, and push the boundaries of craft and quality in B2B payments experiences by bringing consumer-grade design sensibilities to complex workflows.
• • You will join Stripe’s Product Design team, a strategic partner to Engineering and Product Management, within the Payments organization that builds core financial products, risk management tools, and revenue optimization solutions used by millions of businesses globally—from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
