📋 Description

• • As a Senior/Staff Product Designer at Skylight, you will partner with the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) to modernize complex user experience journeys that support mission-critical operations, ensuring secure, scalable solutions that improve usability, operational efficiency, and mission readiness.
• • You will work end-to-end from concept to implementation, conducting user research, defining information architecture, creating intuitive UI/UX designs, and advocating for human-centered design principles while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
• • Skylight is a digital consultancy dedicated to helping government agencies deliver better public services through design and technology, operating at the forefront of a civic movement to reinvent how government serves families, patients, and the public in the digital age.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in human-centered design, gain experience working with military and government users, lead design strategy for high-impact federal projects, and contribute to meaningful public sector innovation through research-driven, accessible, and inclusive design solutions.
