Senior Staff UX Researcher

• • As the first dedicated UX Researcher at Jane Technologies, you will shape how research informs product decisions across the organization, establishing consistent practices and scaling impact through enablement and systems.
• • Day to day, you will conduct high-quality research, coach cross-functional teams on research methods, build scalable research systems, and translate insights into actionable product recommendations for practitioners, clinic owners, admins, and patients.
• • You will join a founder-led, high-growth SaaS company of over 700 remote employees across Canada, the US, and the UK, where the Product Design team is committed to building thoughtful, human experiences for healthcare practitioners and their communities.
• • In this role, you will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, raise the bar for research quality and consistency, and help teams turn customer insights into real product impact while growing your influence in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
