• • We are experiencing significant scaling and are seeking a highly motivated, independent, and analytical Senior Strategy and Operations Associate to join our dynamic Design Incubation team. This role is pivotal in supporting our highest priority incubation projects, which are critical to Dandy's strategic growth and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in driving initiatives that will significantly enhance our capabilities and support our rapidly expanding team of over 400 highly skilled dental designers.
• • A primary focus of this role will be contributing to Dandy's number one priority: the development of a best-in-class, machine learning-driven dental design engine. This project represents a significant leap forward in dental technology and requires rigorous analysis, strategic planning, and meticulous execution. Beyond this flagship initiative, you will also contribute to other critical projects, such as improving the tooling and operational efficiency of our workforce, ensuring that our internal processes are as advanced and effective as our external offerings.
