- • Lead strategic planning initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency across MOO’s global print and digital product offerings.
- • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate data insights into actionable business plans.
- • Design and execute performance tracking frameworks to measure the impact of strategic initiatives against KPIs and business objectives.
- • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports that distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
- • Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate the viability of new product lines, pricing strategies, and market expansions.
- • Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain, production, and logistics operations based on demand forecasting and capacity planning.
- • Work closely with regional teams in London, Dagenham, Boston, East Providence, and Denver to align local execution with global strategy.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments in print technology, e-commerce, and B2B customer acquisition trends.
- • Own the end-to-end process of insight generation—from data collection and cleaning to interpretation and recommendation—using internal and external data sources.
- • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to ensure strategic initiatives are supported by accurate, timely, and reliable data infrastructure.
- • Champion a data-driven culture by mentoring team members on analytical best practices and encouraging evidence-based decision-making.
- • Regularly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across departments to drive alignment and secure buy-in for strategic priorities.
- • Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback channels to surface emerging needs and potential threats to MOO’s market position.
- • Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with detailed analysis of revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability drivers.
- • Ensure all strategic planning outputs are aligned with MOO’s mission to innovate in the print and digital space for businesses of all sizes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or insight roles within a fast-paced, product-driven company
- • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making without direct authority
- • Experience working in e-commerce, print, manufacturing, or B2B services environments
- • Excellent communication skills with a track record of presenting complex insights to senior leadership
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
