  • • Nivoda Limited is seeking a highly proactive, operationally sharp, and people-first Senior Supplier Support Team Leader to spearhead the day-to-day operations of our Buyer Operations and Support teams. This pivotal role involves overseeing teams dedicated to managing intricate supplier workflows and providing essential support to our global marketplace. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all orders are meticulously sourced, confirmed, and processed in strict accordance with customer requirements, thereby upholding the exceptional fulfillment standards that our clientele has come to expect.
  • • As the Team Lead for the Purchase Order (PO) & Support teams at Nivoda, your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of purchase orders. This includes managing the process from the initial placement of orders with our diverse global suppliers right through to their successful arrival at our quality control hubs. Your primary focus will be on identifying and eliminating operational friction points, scaling highly efficient processes, and driving robust fulfillment performance across the entire marketplace.
  • • Beyond operational delivery, you will be a key leader and developer for a fast-paced, high-performing support team. Your mission will be to ensure that our suppliers feel consistently supported, genuinely valued, and optimally positioned for success on the Nivoda platform. This role acts as a crucial bridge, connecting immediate operational execution with forward-thinking strategic improvements. This includes fostering team development, driving process optimization initiatives, and ensuring seamless alignment across our global offices to guarantee an unparalleled and seamless buying experience for all stakeholders.
  • • **Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership & Development:**
  • • Lead, mentor, and cultivate the Buyer Operations and Support teams, fostering an environment that promotes high performance, strong engagement, and professional growth.
  • • Cultivate a team culture characterized by accountability, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all operational aspects.
  • • Proactively manage team capacity, optimize scheduling, and ensure equitable workload distribution to guarantee the timely and efficient handling of all orders and supplier inquiries.
  • • Actively participate in and support the hiring, onboarding, and comprehensive training of new team members, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
  • • **Key Responsibilities - Purchase Order & Supplier Operations:**
  • • Provide oversight for the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders, from their initial placement with global suppliers to their final arrival at designated quality control hubs.
  • • Ensure that all orders are meticulously sourced, confirmed, and processed in strict adherence to customer specifications and critical timelines.
  • • Collaborate closely with suppliers to maintain clear, consistent communication, secure timely confirmations, and facilitate efficient order processing.
  • • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues that could potentially impact order fulfillment timelines or the overall customer experience.
  • • **Key Responsibilities - Operational Excellence:**
  • • Conduct ongoing reviews and implement optimizations for existing workflows to systematically remove friction and enhance overall efficiency across all supplier operations.
  • • Maintain and actively improve fulfillment performance metrics, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds established service level targets.
  • • Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to closely monitor team performance, identify emerging trends, and strategically drive impactful operational improvements.
  • • Design and implement scalable processes that are capable of supporting the company's rapid marketplace growth.
  • • **Key Responsibilities - Supplier Support & Relationship Management:**
  • • Guarantee that suppliers receive prompt, high-quality support and feel genuinely valued as integral partners within the Nivoda platform ecosystem.
  • • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to effectively resolve supplier-related issues and continuously enhance the overall supplier experience.
  • • Champion and drive initiatives aimed at strengthening supplier engagement and ensuring robust operational alignment.
  • • **Key Responsibilities - Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
  • • Serve as a critical operational liaison, bridging communication and workflow between the Support, Supply, Logistics, and other global teams.
  • • Ensure consistent alignment across all global offices to maintain standardized processes and uniform communication standards.
  • • Proactively escalate and effectively manage operational risks that could potentially affect order flow or customer delivery timelines.
  • • **Key Responsibilities - Data-Driven Strategy:**
  • • Diligently monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including, but not limited to, Order-to-Confirmation time, Supplier fulfillment rates, Response times, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), time to resolve issues, and error rates. Utilize these metrics to inform team strategy and provide comprehensive reports to senior leadership.
