Senior Supply Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Supply Reliability Engineer at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will serve as an expert troubleshooter and cross-functional partner, driving fast resolution of supply production issues and ensuring the quality of supplier integrations to power a world-class business travel platform used by over 1 million travelers and 20,000 companies.
• • Day to day, you will monitor API connections with supply partners, diagnose and resolve real-time and recurring integration issues, partner with Engineering to QA new supplier integrations, collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Supply teams to prioritize incidents, lead incident management efforts, maintain documentation and SOPs, and develop metrics to improve system reliability and supplier performance.
