- • As a Senior Swift Developer iOS at Delinea, you will play a critical role in securing human and machine identities by developing and maintaining the macOS Agent that enforces least privilege and application control through the Privilege Manager platform, directly contributing to the security posture of global enterprises.
- • You will lead the design, development, and optimization of the macOS Agent, ensuring high standards of software quality, security, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in macOS internals, security frameworks, and modern Swift development while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale privileged access management (PAM) systems and AI-enhanced development practices.
- • You will architect and implement features using Swift Concurrency, SwiftUI, AppKit, System Extensions, Endpoint Security, Service Management, XPC, and GCD, while maintaining and modernizing legacy Objective-C codebases.
- • You will participate in Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with Product, UX, and Dev teams to refine requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of Delinea’s Privilege Manager.
- • You will optimize the macOS Agent for performance, scalability, and efficiency, implement CI/CD pipelines, and improve development automation through enhanced testing, security scanning, and monitoring practices.
- • You will troubleshoot complex customer-reported issues, conduct root cause analysis, and work closely with support teams to ensure rapid resolution and system reliability.
- • You will contribute to agent distribution processes including signing, notarization, and deployment strategies, ensuring seamless delivery to thousands of customer machines.
- • You will help drive a security-first mindset across the team, applying Apple’s security and privacy model to every line of code and architectural decision.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow into a technical leader within the team, mentoring peers and influencing long-term product strategy in a high-impact security domain.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on macOS internals
- • Strong proficiency in Swift for macOS development, including practical experience with Swift Concurrency and working knowledge of Objective-C for reading, understanding, and migrating legacy code
- • Deep understanding of macOS application architecture and expertise in frameworks such as System Extensions, Endpoint Security, Service Management, daemons/agents, XPC, GCD, SwiftUI, AppKit, and Accessibility
