📋 Description

• • As a Senior Systems Engineer at Vision Service Plan, you will ensure optimum performance of infrastructure and enterprise-wide technology through the creation, advancement, and support of technology, ensuring compatibility of design and components.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and maintaining infrastructure, providing support for projects related to enterprise system requirements and testing, contributing technical expertise to system architecture planning, developing and maintaining policies and procedures for enterprise-wide technology, leading operations for system performance and complex problem determination and resolution across enterprise levels, developing guidelines for system implementation with a focus on retaining system security, monitoring system performance, performing impact analysis, and conducting capacity planning including long-term plans, tracking, analysis, and necessary modifications of enterprise software and hardware.
• • You will serve as a technical expert for system integration, software, and hardware at the enterprise level, remain current on new technologies, introduce applicable technology aligned with organizational goals for creative solutions, and drive constructive change while providing leadership.
