📋 Description

• As a Senior Systems Engineer in Corporate Engineering at Vanta, you will build and scale the systems, workflows, and automations that power the employee experience, shaping enterprise tooling at a high-growth company.
• Day to day, you will design, deploy, and maintain business-critical corporate systems and SaaS platforms, build AI-driven workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Claude, deploy AI integrations into Slack and Okta, own and improve automations across collaboration tools, and serve as an escalation point for complex systems issues.
• You will partner with Security, IT Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to enforce policies, configure SSO and SCIM integrations, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive platform governance across enterprise tooling.
• In this role, you can expect to deepen your expertise in identity and access management, enterprise SaaS administration, AI-powered automation, and cross-functional technical leadership while contributing to a secure and stellar employee experience at a mission-driven trust management platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency administering a broad SaaS portfolio in hybrid, high-growth environments, with deep expertise in Okta (including Workflows), Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise, and Atlassian.
• Hands-on experience building integrations and automations against SaaS APIs using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or GAM.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Proven ability to design scalable workflows and operational processes in enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across interconnected systems.
• Effective communicator who can break down complex technical problems for non-technical stakeholders and write clear, maintainable documentation.
