- • Senior Systems Engineer - EUC role focused on designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management solutions across macOS and Windows environments to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient device operations for employees.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering macOS endpoints via Jamf Pro, managing zero-touch deployment workflows, packaging and deploying applications, supporting Windows endpoints through Intune and ConnectWise Automate, implementing security controls with Security teams, building automation with scripting languages, and troubleshooting complex endpoint issues while following change management processes.

- • In this role, you will deepen expertise in enterprise endpoint management, lead automation initiatives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Security and IT teams, and contribute to scalable, secure device lifecycle processes that support organizational growth and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience managing macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment using Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles, policies, software deployment, patching, inventory, scripting, and troubleshooting
- • Experience with Apple ecosystem administration, including Apple Business Manager, automated device enrollment, macOS lifecycle management, volume purchasing, and certificate-based workflows
- • Experience supporting Windows endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and related Microsoft endpoint solutions
- • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python, AppleScript, or similar languages
- • Working knowledge of identity and access management and endpoint security like Okta, Entra ID, SSO, conditional access, compliance, and security tooling (EDR, DLP, encryption, baselines)
- • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively, including participation in after-hours support as needed
