- • Lead and mentor a team of Level I & II engineers as a Senior Systems Engineer (Level 3) at Agent Inc., a fast-growing Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), driving innovative IT solutions and ensuring high-performance infrastructure across client environments.
- • Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex systems including Proxmox, Ceph, SAN solutions, firewalls (SonicWALL, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti), network switches, and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- • Automate routine tasks using Python and PowerShell scripting, manage backup strategies and disaster recovery, oversee Ceph cluster operations, and ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring and escalated ticket resolution.
- • Support client onboarding, conduct IT audits, and perform periodic reviews to align IT strategies with client business goals, contributing to long-term service reliability and security.
- • Work remotely from Latin America with core hours aligned to PST (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday), collaborating with a distributed team in a dynamic, growth-oriented MSSP environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in a senior IT or systems engineering role.
- • Expertise in Proxmox, Ceph, and multi-domain IT environments, including SAN and storage solutions.
- • Advanced proficiency in Active Directory, Python, PowerShell scripting, and firewall/network switch management (SonicWALL, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti).
