- • Senior Systems Engineer role on the Omen team at Anduril Industries, contributing to the development of a runway-independent autonomous air vehicle that enhances military maneuverability and operational flexibility.
- • Execute Agile Systems Engineering processes, support design evolution through Technical Performance Measures, lead system reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR, TRR, SRB), and maintain key engineering artifacts including Functional Decomposition, SBS, PBS, SDDs, and ICDs.
- • Join Anduril Industries, a defense technology innovator transforming military capabilities through Lattice OS—an AI-powered operating system integrating data streams for real-time 3D command and control—operating from Costa Mesa HQ with a mission-driven, high-ownership culture.
- • Develop expertise in systems safety, airworthiness, verification planning (SVP), test execution (HIL/HITL), configuration management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while shaping next-generation autonomous aircraft systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
- • 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience in safety-critical hardware/software systems within Defense or Aerospace, including crewed aircraft, rotorcraft, UAS, or weapon systems
- • Proficiency with Systems Engineering tools such as Teamcenter, JIRA, JAMA, Cameo, and/or Ansys, plus familiarity with standards including ARP-4754, DO-178C, MIL-STD-882E, and MIL-STD-810
- • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance in the United States, United Kingdom, or Australia
