- • Senior Systems / Reliability Engineer at Ndeavour Tech Pvt. Ltd. (operating as Roller Gaming) to serve as a technical anchor in IT Operations, ensuring stability, resilience, and risk reduction across hybrid AWS/on-prem infrastructure in the iGaming/iGambling/Sportsbetting/iLottery domain.
- • Own the health and performance of hybrid infrastructure, reduce technical debt and operational toil, document architecture, mature production environments, operate and improve Kubernetes clusters, provide technical leadership, enable developer self-service, participate in sustainable on-call rotations, and support ISO 27001 compliance.

- • Develop deep expertise in hybrid cloud operations, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes reliability, security compliance, and technical leadership while shaping resilient systems in a regulated, high-stakes iGaming environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in a Senior SysOps, DevOps, or SRE role with proven experience managing high-pressure production environments.
- • Strong Linux administration skills with confident troubleshooting of production issues across services, logs, performance, and networking.
- • Hybrid infrastructure experience with practical knowledge of AWS (primary) and Azure, managing both cloud-native and physical/legacy systems.
- • Proficiency with Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible for automation and IaC.
- • Demonstrated Kubernetes competency in operating and improving production clusters.
- • Reliability mindset with a track record of identifying risks, fixing root causes, and improving system monitoring and quality.
