📋 Description

• • Senior Systems Safety Engineer for the Omen autonomous air vehicle program at Anduril Industries, responsible for ensuring safety and airworthiness of a novel Group 3 AAV that operates from ship decks, beaches, and remote locations without runways.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored Systems Safety approaches aligned with MIL-STD-882E, conducting hazard analyses (FHA, FTA, FMECA, etc.), developing Airworthiness plans and documentation, supporting design reviews (SDR, PDR, CDR, TRR, SRB), leading safety outcomes from RCCA investigations, and owning the Omen System Safety Program Plan (SSPP).
