- • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, data, and analytics roles across Jellyfish’s global offices, ensuring timely and high-quality hires during a 12-month maternity cover.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor to Department Heads and Leadership on market mapping, salary benchmarking, and headcount planning to align hiring with business objectives.
- • Utilize recruitment analytics from Ashby ATS to track and optimize key metrics including time-to-hire, source quality, and conversion rates, and report insights to leadership.
- • Mentor and support junior Talent Acquisition team members to foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and consistent hiring standards.
- • Enhance Jellyfish’s employer brand and presence in the European media and digital talent market through targeted networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
- • Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring alignment with company values and high standards of professionalism.
- • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and assess candidate fit for technical and non-technical positions across multiple capabilities.
- • Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and implement actionable improvements to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
- • Stay current with talent market trends in media, advertising, and digital technology to inform recruitment strategy and maintain competitive positioning.
- • Collaborate with global TA team members across UK, US, Mexico, South Africa, France, Spain, and India to ensure consistent hiring practices and knowledge sharing.
- • Experiment with and apply AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement processes.
- • Maintain compliance with local labor regulations and company policies across all regions where recruitment activities are conducted.
- • Proactively identify and build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles, including Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics positions.
- • Act as a trusted voice in hiring decisions, challenging senior stakeholders when necessary while providing empathetic guidance through complex recruitment scenarios.
- • Quickly onboard and assume ownership of active recruitment projects with minimal ramp-up time, adapting to the fast-paced environment of a maternity cover role.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities reflect Jellyfish’s commitment to culturally relevant creativity and innovation as part of the Brandtech Group.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in Talent Acquisition with proven experience in Media, Advertising, or Digital Tech industries
- • Strong track record hiring for technical domains including Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics
- • Experience using advanced ATS reporting and analytics (specifically Ashby)
- • Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini or Claude for recruitment enhancement
- • Ability to mentor junior recruiters and lead by example in a global, fast-moving environment
- • Gravitas to challenge senior leaders and empathy to guide them through complex hiring decisions
