- • As a Senior Technical Enablement Manager at NICE Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Cognigy’s partners are technically equipped to build, demo, and deliver high-quality AI Agents on the Cognigy platform. This role is critical to scaling partner success by transforming product knowledge into actionable, real-world solutions that drive customer value and market adoption.
- • You will serve as a go-to technical resource for partners, guiding them from foundational understanding to confident execution across sales cycles and customer implementations. Your work will directly impact partner readiness, reduce time-to-value, and strengthen the ecosystem around Cognigy’s Agentic AI platform.
- • Day to day, you will: enable partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform; support partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths; deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs; assist partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic; support API usage and integrations as part of AI Agent implementations; help partners work effectively with context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy; advise on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; support partners during demos, proofs of concept, and key partner-led opportunities; collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards and best practices; and translate product updates and new features into clear, partner-ready technical guidance.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI platforms, technical enablement methodologies, and partner ecosystem development. You will gain hands-on experience shaping enablement strategies for a fast-growing AI product, refine your ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance, and position yourself as a trusted advisor in the conversational and generative AI space — opening pathways to leadership roles in technical enablement, product strategy, or customer success.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills, with the ability to support and unblock others
- • Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations
- • Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy
- • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly for webchat embedding and xApps
- • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting
- • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
