📋 Description

• Senior Technical Lead for AI Hybrid Agent (Tendem) at Toloka AI, responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions that combine AI workflows with human expert supervision to deliver high-quality knowledge work.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Head of Product on strategic development, leading end-to-end product development across backend, frontend, and AI agents, being hands-on in building MVPs, evolving architecture, refining project requirements, allocating resources, maintaining team velocity, and mentoring an engineering team.
• Toloka AI is a well-funded startup creating data that powers leading GenAI models, working with clients like Anthropic, Amazon, Microsoft, and Shopify, with a globally distributed remote-first team across the USA, UK, Netherlands, Israel, Czech Republic, Serbia, and more, backed by strategic investment from Bezos Expeditions and Nebius Group.
• In this role, you will grow as a technical leader by scaling AI products in a fast-paced startup, deepening expertise in hybrid AI-human systems, influencing product strategy, mentoring engineers, and delivering innovative SaaS solutions used by industry-leading AI companies.
