- • As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Identity Management at College Board, you will lead the delivery of the identity foundation that secures and enables access to the digital assessment platform used by millions of students annually, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable user experiences.
- • You will define and prioritize the technical roadmap for identity systems, drive iterative product development through collaboration with engineering and architecture teams, and communicate progress by translating technical outcomes into business impact aligned with organizational goals.
- • You will work within the Digital Product team, which is reimagining College Board’s assessment platform for an AI-enabled future, partnering across functions to deliver secure, meaningful, and evolving digital experiences for students, educators, and institutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise identity systems, strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business domains, and drive measurable impact on platform reliability, scalability, and innovation while advancing your leadership in technical product management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of product management or related experience with a proven track record leading products within SaaS enterprise platforms
- • Deep understanding of secure, large-scale, and complex systems; experience in assessments or educational technology is a strong plus
- • Technical fluency in back-end systems, APIs, data integrations, and platform architecture; experience in identity management and authentication protocols is preferred
- • Proven ability to drive measurable business and user outcomes through discovery and delivery
- • Experience collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders in complex technical environments
- • High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, precise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
