- • Drive end-to-end product development across multiple initiatives within the Injective ecosystem, from ideation and roadmap planning through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- • Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction, prioritize initiatives, and align execution with company objectives.
- • Own prioritization decisions by integrating user feedback, product intuition, quantitative data, and business context to guide product outcomes.
- • Translate complex technical concepts, financial systems, and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements and execution plans for cross-functional teams.
- • Maintain a high standard of product quality across user experience, functionality, and execution, ensuring alignment with Injective’s technical and user-centric goals.
- • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making, optimize product performance, and drive growth.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, growth, business development, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and market alignment.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with evolving priorities, high ownership expectations, and minimal process structure.
- • Contribute to long-term product strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance Injective’s interoperable DeFi infrastructure, including its on-chain order book and cross-chain integrations with Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana.
- • Champion user-focused product development by deeply understanding the needs of developers and traders building on Injective’s platform.
- • Act as an individual contributor with high autonomy, leading initiatives independently while remaining hands-on in execution and problem-solving.
- • Challenge the status quo and continuously push for better product experiences, technical innovation, and market adoption in decentralized finance.
- • Maintain strong technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineering teams and make informed trade-offs between technical feasibility, user value, and business impact.
- • Stay current with developments in crypto, DeFi, financial infrastructure, and emerging blockchain technologies to inform product vision and strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably on technical or infrastructure-heavy products
- • Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance
- • High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
- • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
- • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- • Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus
