- • As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Simpplr Inc., you will serve as a technical expert for enterprise customer integrations involving identity, provisioning, and HRIS systems, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless user synchronization and system reliability for over 1,000 global organizations.
- • Day to day, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues post-implementation, analyze API requests and logs, resolve SCIM provisioning and SSO/SAML authentication problems, support migrations between identity systems (e.g., Okta to Entra ID), and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive resolution and improve support processes.
- • Simpplr is an AI-powered intranet platform that unifies the digital workplace by connecting people, knowledge, apps, and agents through a proprietary EX Knowledge Graph, serving enterprises like AAA, NHS, Penske, and Moderna with secure, scalable digital hubs for communications and employee services.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise identity and HRIS integrations, develop advanced troubleshooting skills across SaaS ecosystems, contribute to knowledge base and runbook development, and grow your impact through cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–7 years of experience in customer-facing Technical Support, Integration Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting
- • Strong hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management platforms including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, OneLogin, or Ping Identity
- • Experience supporting HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or HiBob
- • Strong understanding of SCIM provisioning, SAML/SSO authentication, OAuth/OIDC, user lifecycle management, and directory synchronization
- • Experience analyzing logs and using monitoring tools like Coralogix, CloudWatch, Kibana, Splunk, Observe, or Loggly
- • Hands-on experience with scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript/Node.js or Python
