- • As a Senior Technical Training Engineer for Onshape at PTC, you will play a critical role in enabling customers and internal teams to effectively use PTC’s cloud-native CAD platform, directly contributing to product adoption and customer success.
- • Day to day, you will become an Onshape product expert, create detailed CAD models for training scenarios, develop and deliver live and recorded training sessions, and continuously update your skills to reflect new product features and releases.
- • You will join PTC’s global Training team, a collaborative group focused on empowering users through high-quality educational content, supporting a mission to bridge the physical and digital worlds through innovative engineering software.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in mechanical engineering applications, strengthen your instructional design and multimedia skills, and grow as a trusted advisor in technical training—positioning yourself for advancement in engineering enablement or product education.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience with engineering software such as CAD, PDM, PLM, CAM, FEA, or similar tools
- • Proven experience providing software product training to technical or end-user audiences
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Hands-on experience creating training videos using Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or comparable software
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an engineering role or within an engineering software company
