📋 Description

• • Senior Technical Writer at Relayfi Inc., a digital banking platform empowering self-made business owners with financial clarity and control, joining the Product Marketing team to own in-product voice and ensure customer experience is clear, consistent, and aligned with messaging and positioning.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and evolving product voice and tone, writing and refining UI copy (onboarding flows, tooltips, error states, feature education), conducting customer interviews to understand user needs, identifying friction points in user journeys to improve onboarding and adoption, collaborating with Product Management and Design to shape product experiences early, building writing guidelines and frameworks for consistency and scale, aligning in-product messaging with external positioning and campaigns, and working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, Growth, and Data teams to support business goals.
