- • As a Senior Technical Writer at Ivanti, you will transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for enterprise administrators and end-users worldwide, empowering them to get the most out of innovative IT solutions.
- • You will design, develop, and maintain comprehensive product documentation including administrator, installation, deployment, end-user, and developer guides, API documentation, release notes, and create multimedia assets such as audio and video tutorials to enhance user experience and learning.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, scrum, UX, and localization teams to plan, manage, and deliver release-based documentation projects, ensuring content accuracy, effectiveness, accessibility, and global relevance.
- • You will continuously improve content by monitoring user feedback, supporting localization for international markets, and participating in documentation innovation initiatives while adhering to Ivanti’s standards for clarity, consistency, and quality.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, English, or a related field.
- • 5-10 years of technical writing experience in the software industry, preferably SaaS.
- • Expertise in modern authoring tools such as Madcap Flare or similar XML editors, and experience working with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and software development workflows.
- • Excellent written communication with a natural, approachable style and exceptional attention to detail.
- • Ability to independently manage projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines.
