- • As a Senior Travel Planning Specialist for Custom & Group Tours at Project Expedition, you will design, quote, sell, and support custom travel experiences for travelers worldwide, playing a key role in delivering tailored itineraries that meet diverse client needs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with travel advisors via email and phone using an internal ticketing system, creating tailored proposals and quotes, managing requests from single custom tours to large group programs, troubleshooting issues in real time, coordinating with global tour operators, and maintaining accurate tour content, pricing, and logistics.
- • You will join a fast-growing travel startup’s Custom and Groups team, collaborating with vendors and advisors to ensure seamless travel experiences while contributing to a dynamic, innovative company culture that values problem-solving and adaptability.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in international travel planning, vendor management, and client consultation, gaining the opportunity to shape your career path in a rapidly evolving environment where initiative and continuous improvement are encouraged.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong analytical capabilities with a high level of attention to detail
- • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- • Fluency in written and spoken English (other languages desirable)
