  • • As a Senior Enterprise Trial Success Manager (TSM) at Lytx, you will be a pivotal strategic partner to our Enterprise Sales team, orchestrating high-impact proof-of-value engagements that are designed to accelerate revenue and powerfully differentiate Lytx within competitive market landscapes.
  • • This role transcends traditional project management, positioning you as a key business consultant, a compelling value storyteller, and an influential cross-functional leader. Your primary objective will be to ensure that prospective enterprise customers not only clearly perceive but also quantitatively measure the significant operational, safety, and financial outcomes that Lytx delivers.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales to architect bespoke trial strategies, meticulously aligning them with the unique business objectives of each customer, the intricacies of the competitive environment, and the overarching deal strategy.
  • • A critical aspect of your role involves defining unambiguous success criteria that are directly tied to executive-level outcomes and demonstrable Return on Investment (ROI), ensuring that the trial's objectives are measurable and impactful.
  • • Your trial plans will be strategically aligned with established sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to enterprise sales motions.
  • • You will cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including safety, operations, IT, and executive leadership, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • • Facilitating executive business reviews and delivering persuasive value presentations will be central to your responsibilities, effectively articulating the measurable impact Lytx can achieve for the client.
  • • You will actively support the development of compelling business cases that are instrumental in advancing procurement processes and securing budget approvals, thereby removing financial hurdles.
  • • A core function of this role is to translate complex trial analytics into clear, outcome-based narratives that resonate with business leaders, making data accessible and actionable.
  • • You will be responsible for quantifying tangible improvements in safety metrics, operational efficiencies, and risk reduction, providing concrete evidence of Lytx's value proposition.
  • • Your presentations will aim to elevate Lytx from a mere vendor to a recognized long-term strategic partner, building enduring client relationships.
  • • You will lead and coordinate efforts across Sales, Key Accounts, Product, Implementation, and Operations teams, ensuring seamless execution and overall trial success.
  • • Proactively identifying potential risks and swiftly removing barriers will be essential to maintaining deal momentum and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • • This role demands a delicate balance between strategic ownership and rigorous execution discipline, ensuring that both high-level vision and day-to-day details are managed effectively.
  • • During the evaluation phase, you will actively seek and identify opportunities for broader solution adoption, maximizing the value realized by the customer.
  • • You will partner with Key Account teams to strategically position Lytx for long-term growth and expansion within the client organization.
  • • Providing critical field insights and market feedback to Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership will be invaluable in informing future strategy and product development.
  • • You will contribute significantly to the continuous refinement of trial methodologies, playbooks, and essential enablement assets, enhancing Lytx's overall trial effectiveness.
  • • Sharing competitive intelligence and market feedback will strengthen Lytx's win strategies and competitive positioning.
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to independently lead complex enterprise trials in highly competitive environments, influencing multi-stakeholder buying committees and delivering executive-level value presentations that directly support deal progression.
  • • You will contribute to measurable improvements in trial-to-close conversion rates and be recognized as a trusted strategic advisor by both the Sales team and Lytx's customers.
