• Join Vend Park as a Senior TypeScript Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered digital infrastructure for the built world. We are revolutionizing how commercial real estate owners manage and monetize parking by leveraging automation, data, and agentic AI. • In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing key aspects of our v5 platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to translate ambitious visions into tangible, high-quality software solutions. This is not a role confined to a narrow set of tasks; you will have direct ownership over architecture and execution, building real systems end-to-end.
• Your responsibilities will span the entire technology stack. This includes designing and building robust, end-to-end TypeScript systems that encompass frontend user interfaces, backend services, and underlying infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating scalable APIs, intricate workflows, and efficient background jobs that are the backbone of our automation and AI agent capabilities.
• A significant part of your work will involve building modern, performant, and user-friendly React-based web applications. You will also be at the forefront of developing AI-native features, catering to both our internal operators who manage the system and our external customers who utilize our services.
• You will gain hands-on experience with real-time, event-driven systems that are directly connected to physical-world assets, providing a unique challenge and opportunity to bridge the digital and physical realms.
