📋 Description

• Lapitopa Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead the interface development for our exciting early-stage mobile game. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the user experience and visual design, shaping a title that is poised to evolve into a comprehensive strategy game. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the aesthetic and functional core of our product, ensuring it is not only engaging and intuitive but also visually stunning and memorable for players worldwide.
• You will be responsible for the entire UI/UX lifecycle, from initial concept and wireframing through to the creation of polished, in-game implementation. This end-to-end ownership means you will be instrumental in translating game design concepts into seamless user flows and interactive elements that enhance gameplay. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting an interface that is both highly functional and aesthetically pleasing, contributing significantly to the overall player experience and the game's success.
• A core aspect of this role involves designing interfaces that are not just visually rich but also exceptionally intuitive and responsive. We expect you to create user flows that are easy to understand and navigate, ensuring players can interact with the game's mechanics effortlessly. This includes designing menus, heads-up displays (HUDs), icons, and other critical UI elements that provide clear feedback and guide the player through the game's various systems and challenges. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record with a strong portfolio showcasing extensive UX/UI design experience specifically for mobile games.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including mastery of components, design systems, prototyping, and animation features.
• Demonstrated ability to design clear, intuitive user flows and layouts optimized for mobile gaming experiences.
• Excellent visual design skills encompassing typography, color theory, composition, and iconography.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, animated, and highly responsive interfaces.
• Basic understanding of Unity workflows or a strong willingness and aptitude to quickly learn and master the Unity UI Toolkit.
