📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end user experience for an AI-native SaaS platform built exclusively for Shopify DTC brands, integrating Shopify, Klaviyo, and paid media data into a unified workspace.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and both qualitative and quantitative research to develop user personas and customer journey maps.
• Translate research findings into actionable product and design recommendations that align with business objectives and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Design intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, engagement, and conversion.
• Build interactive prototypes using Figma and other prototyping tools to validate design decisions through usability testing and user feedback.
• Iterate designs rapidly based on analytics, testing results, and user behavior data to improve product performance.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, and execution, integrating AI into daily workflows to enhance productivity.
• Design intuitive AI-native product experiences that leverage emerging AI patterns and workflows in SaaS environments.
• Build, maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to deliver high-converting, user-centered experiences throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide detailed design specifications and work directly with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX components.
• Support product strategy by delivering data-driven user insights that inform roadmap priorities and feature development.
• Continuously improve interface usability through iterative design cycles informed by A/B testing and behavioral analytics.
• Maintain proficiency in modern design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, applying advanced skills in wireframing, interaction design, and component library management.
• Work within U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality prototypes and design specifications consistently while ensuring design systems scale with product growth.
• Drive improvements in user engagement, workflow efficiency, and conversion metrics through evidence-based design decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to reduce design cycle times and increase team productivity without compromising user experience quality.
• Influence product direction and platform evolution through strategic design leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products, SaaS applications, complex web applications, or mobile applications
• Proven experience designing AI-native SaaS applications
• Advanced proficiency with Figma
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Experience designing for conversion optimization and user engagement
